Our first online Holy Tisch Future Food Convention happened in September 2020, over three days with over 60 interviews and sessions. With five diverse themes of the food system and a set of international speakers such as researchers, scientists, entrepreneurs, farmers, and chefs, we talked about innovation, how urgently we need a change and how the shift to a future food system can happen. We talked about:

We had an inspiring three days pact with lots of expertise and knowledge transfer.
